Gail is very happy to be a faculty member in the Academy of Music at Hamilton High School, to be invovled in a great school, and to be working with such wonderful and talented students. Gail's background as a stage manager is what drew her to pursue a posisiton with the Academy of Music. She has a BA in Theatre from UCLA, after which she completed a stage management internship at The Juilliard School in New York City. Gail then pursued an MBA from USC.
After an eleven year detour in the financial world, during which she served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Medicine at UCLA, she is thrilled to be back doing what she loves. Currently, she teaches 9th and 12th grade English classes as well as beginning and advanced technical theatre. She loves the dichotomy of being able to teach both the intellectual and the artistic.
